Is Parking available?

There is street parking available on both Cumberland Street and Yorkville Avenue. There is also a parking garage located just west of Hemmingways Restaurant. Underground parking in Yorkville Village is also available.

Do you offer group training sessions?

We offer group sessions for up to 4 people at an additional charge per person. Please see below: 60 minutes = $20 per person 45 minutes = $15 per person 30 minutes = $10 per person

Do you offer direct billing?

We do not offer direct billing but we do provide insurance receipts to be submitted to your provider on your behalf.

Do we offer in-home sessions?

Yes, we do offer in-home sessions by request and where availability permits within that trainer’s schedule. There is an additional charge of $59.50 for each session.

do we offer memberships?

No, we offer one-on-one premium personal training sessions with one of our qualified trainers.
