  • Each trainer at Catalyst is a certified personal trainer with additional education in kinesiology, strength and performance coaching, and rehabilitative exercise training.. They’re selected for both their experience and their ability to coach with care.

  • Personal training is not covered under OHIP. However, some private insurance plans allocate funds to wellness services. Check with your provider to see if your claims will be eligible. Please note that Catalyst does not offer direct billing.

  • Our rates vary based on session length and format. We offer 60-, 45-, and 30-minute sessions to suit different schedules and budgets. Contact us for current pricing and package options.

  • Your first session includes a movement assessment, a conversation about your goals, and an introduction to how we’ll work together. From there, your trainer will begin building a plan specific to your needs.

  • Most clients train 2–3 times per week, but frequency depends on your goals, experience level, and availability. We’ll work with you to find a schedule that supports consistent progress.

  • A personal trainer focuses on guiding your workouts. A fitness coach takes a broader view, helping with mindset, routine building, and long-term planning. At Catalyst, many of our trainers act as both.
