Is parking available?
Yes. Street parking is available along Cumberland Street and Yorkville Avenue. Additional parking is available in the garages just west of Hemingway’s Restaurant, as well as in the underground parking at Yorkville Village.

Do you offer direct billing?
At this time, we do not offer direct billing. We are happy to provide insurance receipts following your appointment for submission to your provider.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Debit.

Do you offer in-home sessions?
Yes. In-home sessions are available upon request and subject to trainer availability. An additional fee of $67.50 applies per session.

Do you offer group training sessions?
Yes. We offer group training for up to four people. Additional fees apply per person:
60 minutes: $40
45 minutes: $30
30 minutes: $20

Do you offer memberships?
No. Our model is centered around personalized, one-on-one premium training with a qualified Catalyst trainer.
