Antonio Montes

Movement Coach, Mobility & Strength Specialist

Antonio Montes brings over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, helping individuals move better, reduce pain, and build strength that supports both everyday life and physical performance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and has spent his career studying how movement quality, joint health, and strength development influence long-term physical well-being.

Antonio’s passion for movement comes from both professional and personal experience. He played competitive soccer, has trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over a decade, and has completed multiple body composition transformation phases himself, ranging from just under 200 lbs to as lean as 146 lbs. These experiences give him a practical understanding of the physical and mental demands involved in improving health, performance, and resilience.

He works with a wide range of clients—from busy professionals experiencing stiffness and recurring pain to active individuals looking to optimize how their bodies move and perform. His approach combines movement assessment, mobility training, and progressive strength development to address the underlying causes of limitations rather than simply managing symptoms.

Antonio believes that when people improve how their bodies move, they unlock the foundation for long-term health, resilience, and performance.
