Dr. Craig McNamee, BSC Hons (KIN), DC, ART®, CSCS

Founder, Chiropractor, Strength/Conditioning Specialist, Active Release Techniques Provider, Medical Acupuncture Practitioner, Mobility Specialist

With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Dr. Craig McNamee’s vision has evolved. With his diverse background, Craig is able to utilize a variety of techniques to unleash his client’s ultimate potential. He feels with proper education, motivation and communication, he can guide his clientele towards optimal health one-step at a time.

Craig believes in accountability. This partnership focused on the overall health outcome is the difference. He uses this method of guiding others to focus on their health and, if need be, make behavioural changes in order to thrive.

Seeing firsthand the benefit of employing Active Release Techniques® Soft Tissue Treatment (ART®), Medical Acupuncture, and his strength and conditioning certification, Dr. McNamee is able to re-align the body utilizing its connective tissue system. He employs this unique skill set in order to maximize his client’s success and take their healthcare to the next level.

Dr. Jonathan Perry, DC, fRCMS

Dr. Jonathon Perry has an extensive background in the health and wellness industry dating back to a young age where he developed a strong appreciation for athletic training. He later studied Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan, eventually moving to Toronto to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he completed his Doctorate in 2017. In addition, he has taken numerous certifications/courses to augment his practice including Functional Integrated acupuncture, FRC, DNS, AMA, and FAT tools. In the past, he has also worked as a sideline medic for sports teams, including football, hockey, and basketball.

Dr. Perry has been practicing at Catalyst Health for 6 years and has been the clinic operations manager since 2021. He believes in developing a comprehensive personalized treatment plan for each patient to not only help with their painful symptoms but to help them become more resilient and get back to their favorite activities. He feels that exercise and activity are crucial to one’s overall health and will work with patients to achieve their individual goals and maximize their potential.

In his spare time, you can often catch him at the gym either training or practicing what he preaches to patients. He also enjoys golfing, cycling, exploring the city, watching a good movie/show, and spending time with his wife and friends.

Dr. Erika Caldwell, DC, BASc

Chiropractor, Neurofunctional Acupuncture Provider, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRC), Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST), Sports Injury Rehab and Prevention, Movement Optimization and Performance Care

Dr. Erika brings a unique blend of athletic experience and advanced treatment techniques to her practice. As a former member of the National Taekwondo team, she understands the demands placed on athletes’ bodies and the importance of peak performance. She is certified in concussion management and baseline assessments, and also in Fascial Stretch Therapy, allowing her to support both injury recovery and long-term performance.

She works closely with women during pregnancy and postpartum, helping them manage pain and safely return to activity. With experience providing on-field care for sports such as rugby, football, and hockey, Dr. Erika has developed a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation that includes Exercise Rehab, Neurofunctional Acupuncture, Soft-Tissue Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility, Adjustments, Cupping Therapy, and Athletic Taping.

Dr. Erika believes that everyone deserves personalized care that addresses their unique needs, which is why she emphasizes looking beyond the symptoms to uncover what’s truly impacting performance. Passionate about empowering patients to overcome injuries and reach their full potential, she enjoys in treating active individuals of all ages. Her unique background as both a competitive athlete and clinician allows her to deliver highly personalized, results-driven care.

Dr. Phillip Hung, DC

Chiropractor, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Integrated Needling, Integrated Assessment & Patterning

Dr. Phillip Hung offers a movement-focused, evidence-informed approach that emphasizes recovery, long-term physical health, and improved performance. With his background in strength training and sport, including basketball, volleyball, and middle-distance running, he draws on personal experience managing recurring injuries.

Phillip completed his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Manitoba and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He additionally holds certifications in medical acupuncture and movement assessment screening through the Integrated Seminar Series.

Phillip approaches care by incorporating strategies aimed at optimizing movement patterns, along with manual therapy, medical acupuncture with electrical stimulation, and personalized rehabilitative exercise programming. He works with individuals of all activity levels including office workers, athletes, and those looking to move and feel better.

Tyler Ottolino, BA (Kin), Msc PT

Physiotherapist, golfer assessments, Titleist performance institute (TPI) level 1, functional range conditioning mobility specialist, dry needling

Tyler is a physiotherapist passionate about helping people recover from injuries and improve their movement. Tyler enjoys staying active with exercise like running, weightlifting, golf, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Being active allows Tyler to understand the demands of exercise and being an athlete. Tyler strives to provide tailored education, treatment, and rehabilitation exercise programming to prevent and manage injuries that present themselves in our busy and active lives.

Tyler utilizes a variety of treatments including acupuncture, dry needling, taping, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Tyler has experience working with golfers at all skill levels and he is a Certified Level 1 health professional through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) which he uses in his physiotherapy sessions to help golfers optimize their performance and prevent injuries through a movement screening process.

Tyler’s treatment approach emphasizes active rehabilitation, encouraging clients to take an active role in their recovery. Tyler’s goal is to help everyone he works with feel stronger, move better, and get back to doing what they love.

Justis Beley, BSc (Hons) Kin, Msc PT

Registered Physiotherapist, Dry Needling

Justis is a dedicated sports and orthopedic physiotherapist committed to providing exceptional care through evidence-based practice. He has a strong foundation in musculoskeletal health, specializing in helping athletes and individuals of all ages recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions and achieve their peak physical performance. Combining a deep understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology, Justis creates personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs and goals. 

Justis has a passion for staying at the forefront of their field by actively seeking out and integrating the latest research and clinical guidelines into their practice. This commitment to the evolving field ensures that patients receive the best care possible. Whether it's utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques, designing targeted exercise programs or applying dry needling,  Justis is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care. 

Beyond his clinical expertise, Justis is also an avid triathlete and has been involved in the sports world his whole life. Through his own personal experiences he is deeply invested in empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. Through education and guidance, he equips individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to prevent future injuries and maintain long-term health. Overall, he is eager to join the Catalyst team and to help each and every one of you who comes in for treatment.
