Zofia Baturin

Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Mobility Specialist

Growing up in BC with dance & sports of all kinds, Zofia developed a passion for physical fitness from a very early age. While competing in dance for many years as a child and teen, she pursued further education throughout high school to become a Certified Dance Instructor through ISTD allowing her to share her love for dancing to a whole new generation. During her time in Labrador teaching dance, Zofia dabbled in bodybuilding which ignited a new love for fitness and created the path she's on now!

Certified as a Personal Trainer (CPT) in the height of the pandemic, she found her passion in holistic style training which takes into account the whole mind, body, and spirit through movement. Looking for ways to deepen her understanding and connection to the physical self, she became a Mobility Specialist through Functional Range Systems (FRCms) which provides the acquisition & development of joint specific movement. Through her Mobility work, she helps people regain lost range of motion, create new neurological pathways through adaptive training, and live pain-free.

Zofia loves to help a wide variety of clients find a connection to their bodies; ranging from 16 to 70 years young, active rehab to elite level training, amateur dancers to wrestlers to world class downhill bikers. Zofia tries to find what brings you joy and excitement while still pushing and motivating you through challenging workouts.
